LASO LLC was formed in 2009 by Principal Executive Member Phillip Larson. A US Air Force Veteran, Phil has been in the aircraft maintenance industry for over 15 years. Besides an experienced FAA certified airframe and power-plant mechanic, he has an associates and bachelors degree in Aircraft Maintenance Systems Technology and Maintenance Management.Phil is also an FAA Licensed Private Pilot.
LASO is a limited liability company (corporation) licensed in the State of Oregon. All mechanics are licensed federally by the Federal Aviation Administration and act within the scope of all FAA, NTS, OSHA, and OR requirements. LASO operates it's pilot shop and product sales under MAP(minimum advertised pricing) agreements as forced by the Manufacturers. All internet sales are sold tax-free as per Oregon state statutes.
